Britney has arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after a three-hour standoff with police. According to reports, the drama all started at Britney’s house when Britney refused to hand over her children to her ex-husband Kevin Federline. She held her kids hostage. We’re told that she is at the hospital on a “5150 hold” because hospital officials believe that she might harm herself. Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting that K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, will head to court this morning at around 8:30 to ask the comissioner to strip Britney of her visitations right temporarily.

Apparently, her behavior is mental and her condition has deteriorated to the point that what happened at her home was not unexpected. Her father, Jamie, has arrived at the hospital—also there is Kevin Ferderline and her friend Sam Lufti.

Here is video of Kevin Federline, after the altercation, in a pickup truck with his boys.
